Description The Axiom BCD from Aqua Lung is a durable, full-featured system with amazing comfort and fit. This ADV style, wrap-around jacket is able to achieve such high comfort because of Aqua Lung’s proprietary Wrapture™ harness system. The Wrapture system allows you to stand up straight in complete comfort with your cylinder remaining perfectly vertical and close to your back; something which other BCDs do not do. This comfort, plus the innovative GripLock tank band plus the popular SureLock integrated weight system make the Axiom from Aqualung a new industry standard for recreational divers. The Wrapture™ harness system- uses patented shoulder swivel buckles, valve retention strap and a customized fitted back plate. This provides comfort, stability and prevents “ride-up” at the surface. GripLock™ tank band system makes attachment to a cylinder much easier than ever before. Gone are the days of complicated web weaving, no longer worry about pinching your fingers with the innovative, patented finger saver feature. Uses an extremely streamlined air cell design crediting it as one of the most streamlined wrap-around style BCDs in the world, includes low profile flat valves to help reduce drag when moving through the water. SureLock II weight pouches (patented) provide a simple, single-pull operation and prevent accidental release. Fixed pockets on the tank band increase weight capacity and help provide proper trim in the water. The bladder retraction system pulls in the sides of the bladder during deflation. Adjustable cumber band and chest straps allow customized, and comfortable fit. A scooped octo-pocket on the top, front of the right lobe makes it easy to stow and deploy an octopus, keeping it visible and accessible throughout the dive. Some divers may find it useful to run their instruments behind the left pocket and out the scooped opening on the top, front of the lobe. Large, easy-to-access, utility pockets found on either side of the Axiom are secured with zippers. Knife attachment points are found on the left lobe,large pull bobs are easy to find and grip,features 5 stainless steel D-rings and 1 plastic D-ring for all of your accessories. Right shoulder pull dump is easy to locate and use.
