Pale Ale & Juniper Mustard

The pale ale from Left Handed Giant gives our mustard its initial citrusy punch. The addition of juniper, leaves a botanic taste on the pallet. This medium-hot mustard is designed for salt beef sandwiches but also works a treat with meat of any kind. Good with salt beef sandwiches, steak, hot dogs and mac n cheese.
