“Like all great artists my debut gin is self-titled”, co-founder Amy Shaw You may be asking, what do you mean debut gin? Well, up until the end of 2023 all gin’s crafted had be a collaboration by co-founders Amy and Gavin Shaw. Amy’s Navy Strength Gin was the first gin Amy formulated the recipe on her own. “I had always known my debut gin would be a navy but deciding on what botanicals to distill and finalising the release was a nine month process. I love citrus and from my research I knew grapefruit would be the perfect citrus botanical for what what I looking to achieve. Vanilla pod was added to cut through the sharpness of the grapefruit and a heavy dose of juniper”. Amy’s Navy Strength Gin also includes coriander seeds, cassia sticks, angelica root, lemon myrtle, anise myrtle.
