WHAT SETS OUR PINOT NOIR GIN APART Crafting the HM 2026 Pinot Noir Gin is a slow, hands-on labor of love. We don’t take shortcuts because exceptional flavour takes time. • Made with hand-picked single vineyard Pinot Noir grapes, let were left on the vine for an additional time periods to develop a deeper color and more complex profile. • This year, we increased the grape-to-gin ratio, resulting in a more intense fruit concentration and a luxurious ruby hue. • All production processes were completed by hand. No automated lines, just meticulous attention to detail at every stage. • We use a traditional wine press post-maceration to extract the full body and silky mouthfeel of the grapes. • Vegan and gluten free WHY FIVE VINEYARD Five Vineyard like us is family run. We have actually known the Vella family who founded Five for over 20 years thanks to the local sporting club in Yarrambat.Like us, they have strong family and community values that align with ours.
